How do you work?

I work traditionally, sketching and painting by hand. Primarily I use acrylic paints, though I also enjoy water colors and oil paints. Then I scan the image into the computer and create products that are printed on demand from my original copyrighted work. 

 Taxes and customs:

Iowa residents will have 7% Sales Tax added to the total of the items before shipping cost.

International customers are responsible for all customs and taxes which may be incurred on importing orders into your country. If you are concerned about taxes or customs, please check with your local customs authorities before ordering as customs differ between countries.

What are you shipping rates?

Domestic Shipping Fees

Flat rate of $5 per order

Free shipping* on orders $15+ enter code DRAGON at check out

International Shipping Fees

Flat rate of $6 per order plus $0.50 per item

*excludes commissioned pieces and originals

When will my order be shipped out?

Print on demand takes a little extra time because it is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Please contact me if you have any questions about your order.

 What is your refund/exchange policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price of your item. Refunds are given within 30 days of purchase.

For customers purchasing online, please return the product within 30 days of order date.

If you have any problem at all with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I want to ensure all my customers are completely happy with their orders.
